RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We hope you love our hand-picked products as much as we do. However, should you not be satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a return or replacement within 14 days.

Please note that we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. All returns are reviewed before being processed.
Obvious outwardly recognizable defects shall be confirmed in writing by the parcel service (carrier) at the handover of the delivery. The legal rights of the Customer shall not be limited hereby.
Refunds are processed within 14 days upon receipt of the undamaged goods. For refunds we will reimburse you using your original payment method.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept free returns. You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
Please make sure your parcel is sent with a tracking option. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
